The trust was formed by Late Mr LollahG K Murthy ( ex BARC) in fond memory of his foster daughter Ms Kuppa Rukmini and registered on 22 November 2012 . The Registration number is E/29213(M). In the beginning the trust had 5 trustees namely Mr LollahG K Murthy and

Objects of The Trust
The original objects of the trust was to promote girl child in their endeavor for higher education. Though it remains the primary objective, the scope of the trust was expanded to cover other objects like promotion of education for all, computer awareness, providing medical relief, rural development, providing relief to old age homes and orphanages and any other act considered charitable and of general public utility.
